BRAND NEW APP TO HELP CHILDREN TO LEARN TO READ IN WELSH! FREE!

Menter Iaith Sir y Fflint present new apps to help second-language and fluent Welsh speaking pupils learn to read in Welsh in the Foundation Phase. One app with 12 easy stories (Llyfrau bach Magi Ann) is specifically for second-language pupils, who don’t attend Welsh medium education. 3 apps (Llyfrau hwyl gyda Magi Ann, Set 1, 2 and 3) with 26 easy stories are for pupils who attend Welsh medium schools. And there are more to come soon!

Magi Ann was the favourite dolly of a little girl called Mena. After growing up, Mena started teaching at Gwenffrwd School, Holywell. In order to help the children learn to read in Welsh, she wrote 56 stories about Magi Ann.

Menter Iaith Sir y Fflint present an animated Magi Ann in colour for the first time.

Come learn to read in Welsh with Magi Ann, Pero, Teddy, Dolly and Dicw!
